Haral West Indies in the interval of the innings

The West Indies were in danger of losing the innings in the Hamilton Test. That fear took shape in reality. The visitors lost to hosts New Zealand by an innings and 134 runs on Sunday. New Zealand declared their first innings at 519 for 7 with skipper Ken Williamson scoring 251 runs. In reply, the Caribbeans were bowled out for 136 in the first innings. After that, to avoid follow-on, the team batted in the second innings and lost 6 wickets for 69 runs and finished the third day at 198 runs. Windies batted on the fourth day to avoid follow-on with 165 runs. Jermaine Blackwood played a remarkable innings of 104 runs. Besides, Alzheimer's Joseph made 6 runs. Yet the Caribbeans could not avoid an innings defeat. West Indies were all out for 246 runs. Ken Williamson is the hero of this shameful rate of the Caribbean. His entire run in the first innings (251) could not make the entire West Indies team. This determines the fate of the game. Short score New Zealand 1st Innings: 519/6 (Williamson 251, Latham 6, Jamison 51, Ross Taylor 36; Kemar Roach 3/114, Shannon Gabriel 3/69). West Indies 1st Innings: 136/10 (Campbell 26, Holder 25 *, Blackwood 23, Brathwaite 21; Tim Southee 4/35, Jamison 2/25, Neil Wagner 2/33). West Indies 2nd Innings: 196/6 (Blackwood 80 *, Joseph 59 *). West Indies 2nd Innings: 246/10 (Blackwood 104, Joseph 6, Bravo 12, Brathwaite 10) New Zealand won by an innings and 134 runs

England-South Africa series canceled

The England-South Africa ODI series was finally canceled due to a cricketer suffering from corona. The decision was taken by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) and Cricket South Africa (CSA) with a view to protecting the mental and physical health of the players. This series will be held sometime in the future. Confirming the cancellation of the series, ECB chief executive Tom Harrison said on Monday, "We are concerned about the recent Corona incident." The decision has been taken keeping in mind the health of the players. I would like to thank the South African Cricket Board for agreeing to this decision. In the future we will both try to organize this series at any time through discussion. "We have taken health care seriously," said Kugandri Govender, CSA's acting chief executive officer. That is why such a decision is taken now. The first match was postponed to Sunday, two days after a South African cricketer was hit by a corona just before the start of the England series. That match was declared abandoned at the last minute on Sunday. The announcement of the cancellation of the match came just 30 minutes before the start of the first ODI in Parle on Sunday. In the Covid-19 test on Friday, the results of all the two teams were negative. The England team is scheduled to leave South Africa on Thursday.
